First time trying Jersey Mike’s. My boyfriend would always talk about getting it on his lunch and how good it is so I finally gave it a try. It was so good. I got a Regular(size) Rosemary Parm(bread) #13 Italian Sub .. they sliced it fresh. It was so good it tasted as if I went to an old school Deli. Will definitely be going back. My new favorite

Stopped by to pickup a Classic Italian sandwich Saturday afternoon. Parking lot was packed while there were plenty of customers inside as well. I did a mobile order and it was available to pick up within 15 mins.

We walked in to a very quiet place. Each staff member assigned to a task. No one greeted us (ok no problem) we stood by ready to order. The young man looks at us without saying a word. We looked at him he looked at us. We waited and I was expecting a Hi how could I help you? Well no not a single word lol. Of let’s order. Yeah no smiles not a single word from any of them. He stared at us and honestly I was confused for a minute. Is it that Chick-fil-A set a high standard for everyone in the food industry?

A little overpriced for the size of the sandwich but I guess it makes sense with the quality of the ingredients. Went there for an italian sub but noticed there was’t enough of the red wine vinegar and it tasted different from the last time I ordered it. Was a bit disappointed in that but overall it is a pretty good location.

I’m always happy with the food and customer service here. They are pretty fast. Everything is cut fresh right in front of you. The place is pretty clean. The air conditioning is pretty good here. Nice and cool. The tables are a little small maybe for 1 or two people. I’ve had lunch here with 3 other friends and we had to borrow chairs. There is outdoor seating available. Drinking fountain with Pepsi, unsweetened ice tea is available. Lemon slices too.

This south Pasadena location has the worst employees. They are rude, sloppy, and unprofessional. On two occasions I ordered sandwiches online and provided specific sandwich options. Both times they gave me the sandwich they wanted to give me rather than paying attention to the options I selected, which are in place on the site so customers can have a customized experience. Both times when I called about my order, I was given attitude and a lack of accountability. And they did not have the sandwiches prepared when promised so we. Had to wait. This most recent order I asked for the meet to be grilled (which is an option). Despite acknowledging that he messed up the order he got an attitude and told me he prepared the sandwich as it was designed because it’s a cold sandwich and that the order wasn’t messed up. So what is the point in offering the customer the option to customize if you’re not going to do it and then deny you messed up? He proceeded to then lie and say he was the manager when I asked to speak to one and said he wouldn’t help me because he didn’t like my attitude. Well my attitude was jacked up because of how poorly he spoke to me and the lack of accountability. Like i said, the other time when my order was messed up I was met with the same level of denial. And it is really only the employees at this trash location. I’ve spoken with the people at the Pasadena location and they are courteous and professional. I would love to share my thoughts with the owner or a real manager as this terrible employee denied me access.

Sandwiches pretty good, but slightly overpriced? I know we live in inflationary times so maybe the high cost is more common now. The supervisor at the South Pasadena California Jersey Mike’s, Vanessa, was rather rude and hyper, rolled her eyes at me re my confusion re the name of one of the orders. Also, unlike Subway, they ask you twice or more re what you want on sandwich

Food was great but employees need to work on customer skills. I had an email offer that I received today and they wouldn’t except it because they couldn’t get to scan. The cashier called the shift manager and all he said was can’t use it cause it does not work, no exception or discount. Not too happy about that.
