Its Vanika
I came in 25 minutes before closing, yet I was greeted with open arms, smiles, and was told to take my time. The food and service is absolutely amazing here. Fresh food is always the best and they delivered on that too. Cleanliness is top notch as well! Javier and Jose are great representatives of this company. I came all the way down from near Baltimore to shore some homes, as I’m a real estate agent; I would definitely make the trip again just to come back here. You’ve earned a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

This was my first time going to Japan Express and it was fantastic. The staff was very professional and courteous. The chicken teriyaki and the California Roll were prepared in a timely manner. They were delicious, and the price was right. Definitely will be coming back, since it’s right around the corner from me. Only regret is that I wish I had visited them sooner. Thank you for a great dinner.

Japan express has always been a good place to eat. I personally favor the chicken & shrimp hibachi with a salmon avacado roll on the side. Its my gobto dish with fried rice and vegetables. Ive never had an issue with service here. I always see the same staff there which is good and the food has always been just as consistent. Its right on 301 so its very easy to stop by you cant miss it from the highway. Check it out they are great in my book.

I live 1 minute away and order from here all the time usually with no issues, but today I ordered through DoorDash and did a pick up and there was hardly any meat, just a lot of rice. I had one that I paid an extra $3 for extra chicken and only got the normal amount. I also asked for extra teriyaki sauce and got none, the food was dry. VERY DISSATISFIED today! Hoping this is just a one time thing but next time I’ll just go in and watch them make it to make sure it’s right.
