I was not happy with the 12 piece value meal. The fried chicken was to dry, fries were soggy, and the dirty rice looked like pudding. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Also, their signage needs work. I was not able to locate the restaurant at night because their main sign was not working. When I pulled into the drive-thru area, their menu sign looked like it was falling apart. They need to update their facility.

Ms. Pat has really turned this place around.. Ms. Pat is a known local in Duncanville and was the store manager for the Dollar General.. She has put her magic on this Golden chick whose service was horrible. Service has definitely gotten better.. Nice and friendly greetings and fresh food.

Ck everything u order even if they say its in there even if you remind them they will forget something. Read the tickets & put whats on the ticket in the bag why do i have to drive more for what iv already paid for. If they said it in there ck anyways this is the 2nd time this month 5time this year. Cook is good just whom ever has the job of reading the ticket & making sure it fulfilled is not cking.

I mistakenly asked for mild wanting regular strips, they gave me spicy, I took them back the young man got the food back and a young lady that was very rude came to argue that they was mild as I was explaining that I mean regular she walked away with my food as I’m watching her she flips me off I asked for a refund they refused to give me one because I didn’t have the receipt although I just left, I found my receipt and got a refund however these were the rudest employees I’ve ever came across. I hope the manger takes out the time to watch the camera to see her flipping me off and take proper actions.

When I went there they had closed the dining room early yet they still had someone in there eating with the doors locked. Told me I had to go through the drive-thru and I tried to explain to the person that my vehicle is over 8 feet tall. He did not seem to care if I damage my vehicle are not going through the drive-thru or their building for that matter. Went through the drive-thru and place my order for a 6-piece regular chicken strip dinner. When I got to the window to get my order I had to use the extra wide portion of the drive-thru keep from hitting the building, and when I got to the window there was about five or six workers there. When the male that was working the window notice me said something to his coworkers and all but one of the females laughed and she looked embarrassed by what was said. I did not think anything of it until I got home and I found out my chicken had been spiked with a heavy amount of that spicy seasoning that I did not ask for

I went through the drive thru and it was moving just a little slow and there was a lot of young people working there so I thought surely something would be messed up unto my pleasent SUPRISE… Everything was got and fresh the fish was cooked to perfection. Great job team.

Normally this food is decent. I ordered a family meal and spent $45.00 all for some dry tenders that almost took out my teeth. I’m very disappointed. I know that chicken had to be sitting under a lamp all night.
