Burger and onion rings were good but the “huckleberry” milkshake was pink with zero huckleberries. We asked if it was really the huckleberry shake and was told yes, they just use a flavored syrup. Not OK with this, seems like false advertising. Should have called it “huckleberry FLAVORED” but even that is a stretch.

Pros: Meals are cooked fresh. The wrap was good. The salad was good. The lady at the window was kind and energetic. The hamburgers tasted very good. The shakes were very good as well.

The food is always good and their large selection of drinks, although daunting, are delicious. The service is amazing and everyone is always friendly. The only issue is that it is always busy and you need to expect long wait times in line, sometimes it is so busy you may not even be able to get in line because of its proximity to the road.

Not allowed to order from the drink menus I guess? We were the only car at Nell’s, which is rare, and they have half their menu posted on the service window (31 milkshake flavors and literally like 100 cream drink, mixed drink, and energy drink concoctions). When we asked if we could pull up to look at the drink menu, we were told rudely that they would only take orders from the intercom. THEN POST THE ENTIRE MENU AT THE MENU CUSTOMERS ORDER FROM? Last time at Nells for me.

I’m not quite sure why the locals love this place so much. It’s your average fast food with terrible service. The fries are extra greasy. We spent $28+ and asked for ketchup and the girl said it’s $.25 each packet. That’s insane! Nickel and dimming customers is never a good thing.

Horrible little place. I ordered a triple cheese burger with back and extra pickles with a large fry.lwith no salt They didn’t even bother to put cheese in it or fix it. I was charged 16 dollars for a for what I ordered but got a triple hamburger and rock hard fries with so much salt I could visibly see it. They were very rude as well
