It is really sad that when management changes everything goes to $h!+. They got rid of the Spanish cashier that took the phone orders and had built a bond with the customers for a long time, knew there custom orders and even families. Now you call and get an unfriendly and short person taking your order. The recipe and the portions have also changed, they don’t taste the same. This was my go to when I didn’t want to cook because I got out of work too late. Not only did I tip the driver well, but my typical order was always around $75. I’m going to be looking elsewhere for good Chinese food. I’ve been a customer for the last 20 years. All good things must come to an end.

I stopped in for the lunch plate special. I think it was $8.99. Kung pao chicken with a choice of white rice or fried rice, egg roll and a can of soda. The Kung pao gravy was delicious. A mildly sweet kind of hoisin mixture. I’m sure you can get it spicier if you want. It had plenty of carrots, onion and celery and plenty of white meat chicken. It was delicious. I also have had the fried dumplings and egg rolls. Ive had the Singapore Noodles.Thin rice noodles with a yellow curry taste. Delicious. The young lady at the counter is very polite, courteous and helpful. The food is always fresh, hot, yummy and more than adequate portions. My go to Chinese.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for well over 20 years but noticed over the last several months that the quality of the food has declined and the portions have been reduced. This apparently coincided with a change in ownership. I had decided to just stop going there but my girlfriend asked me to give them another try tonight. We ordered from their website and when I got the food home I noticed there were items missing from the order (chicken wings). We ordered two dinner combos (which come with wings) and added a small wonton soup for an additional fee. When my girlfriend called to tell them about the missing items they were very rude and claimed that when you add soup to your order you not only have to pay extra but you are giving up one of your egg rolls (they consider that a substitution). It didn’t mention this on the website when I placed the order. Also, they didn’t substitute an eggroll – which they claim is their policy – they substituted the chicken wings (the more expensive item). They have also stopped including fortune cookies with their orders, and the soup always used to come with fried wontons which they have also stopped including. In summary, the owners of this place are cheap, rude, deceptive and apparently don’t care about customer satisfaction or repeat business. P.S. we called twice to discuss the problem with our order. The first person we spoke with hung up on us. The second person promised to investigate and call us back, but never did.

First off, anyone who rates this place over 3 stars doesn’t know good Chinese food from cardboard. I have to this place randomly through the years out of convenience. First walking in I notice the place is disgusting and in dire need of renovations. They just take your money and don’t put any back into the business. The foyer looks disgusting the cash out area is dirty and disgusting and I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food has gone downhill and is even more expensive. I literally saw the guy take my beef sticks out of the freezer and put them into the microwave. The wonton soup basically taste like water. The county needs to come in and shut this place down. Absolutely disgusting and will never return.

I ordered delivery from the store yesterday. The food was very good but the delivery driver ran off with my money and didn’t give me change. I spoke with the manager and he had the driver reach out to me, but the driver said it was too far. I’m still going back and forth with the delivery driver, trying to get my money back. He says that I should get it today, but I should “take it easy”

I ordered online for my lunch to be delivered. It’s almost 12:30pm. I get a call from someone at the restaurant and she told me that they don’t have a delivery driver until 3PM!? They might as well not have “delivery” included in their service at all. Very disappointing.

Order online, it took almost an hour, when I called to ask about my order the driver walk in and I hang up just to realize that the driver delivered the wrong order, I call back and I was told a manager was going to give me a call back. after one hour and a half I heat up the food and eat it. No body call me. the food was not that great.
