Love this location! Jesse is incredible and provided impressionable customer service from the moment I entered the store to the minute I left! I was impressed with his customer engagement and knowledge of the current and previous menu selections, while he simultaneously ensured the freshness and tastiness of my food and drink. I cannot get enough of the island punch smoothie, and now I’m hooked on the southwest breakfast wrap! I’d mostly order delivery for convenience, but I was happy to have met Jesse on a store visit, which made my Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience all the more pleasant!

This store is so bad ! The customer service I received was some of if not the worst I have ever received the woman working the counter at the time (Kaylyn) not only didn’t acknowledge us and just left us sitting for a few minutes but was also rude when we are asking simple questions? And it seemed like she was also being impatient and rude with a new trainee (Clayton – he was nice). Will not be coming back to this location so long as she still works here. Smoothie was good tho IG took 10 mins.
