What an amazing little restaurant. It is located in a popular food spot and that’s how I came upon it. Unfortunately, all I got to try were the chicken skewers but I would gladly love to try everything on the menu. Everything looks so authentic and delicious! The skewers were juicy and flavorful and paired very well with those crunchy battered fries. Add gauchos sauce and you have a beautifully flavored lunch or dinner. I am quite saddened that I don’t live close enough to here to visit this restaurant again. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to try it if they’re curious about Brazilian street food or want to eat something so delicious!

first, all i had was their grillwd beef chimichurri fries and they came out fast and they were delicious. perfect fries, good beef and chimichurri. would have loved more chimichurri but not complaining.

Gaucho’s Fire was our favorite place in the Garage Food Hall. The cheese breads are a perfect snack and the steak sandwich is one of the best I have ever had. The sauce and toppings don’t overpower the meat which has a great flavor.

Located inside the Garage, but I’m beginning to suspect they don’t like me parking my car in there. I had the meat on a stick, with some potatoes, cut into stick shapes. There were no stones anywhere that I saw, so I think the possibility of broken bones from these sticks is minimal, which I always consider a plus when eating out. The meat was tasty, but don’t try to eat the stick.
