Although there was a sign warning about a staff shortage…we were seated promptly, ordered drinks, & they were brought out right away. We ordered & were told it would be a few minutes, would we want an appetizer on them & we had chips & salsa. Our server was checking on us often & updating us on our order, while constantly serving a ton of to-go orders! When our order did arrive, the plates were heaping full, pleasing to the eye, & smelled delicious! The taste did not disappoint, either! My husband had the Wet Burrito which was so huge, he had to take 1/2 home! I had the fantastic Steak Fajitas! The tortilla’s tasted homemade, were hot & fresh! The steaming hot skillet was heaping full of flavorful Steak, green & red peppers & onions! It came with delicious beans, rice, lettuce & tomatoes. I had to take more than 1/2 of my dinner home! This little Restaurant is a hidden gem on Alpine! Huge Portions, Delicious, Authentic, Big Selections all for a decent price served with Beautiful Friendly Smiles! You Should Try This Place! You Won’t Be Sorry! We’ll Be Back!

This was a nice stop. The menu has a pretty wide selection of foods and a few of those are the kind you don’t see on every other menu. I had the tacos al pastor and they were good. The flavor was nice, but could have packed more punch. The tortillas were excellent. A friend got the chicken tamales and really liked them. The red sauce they brought to the table was the highlight. It was a great blend of flavor and spice.

The food was good and our waitress did a wonderful job, had lots of information for us in answer to questions and I love the decor. I also liked that they gave you the sauce to add so you could choose your flavor and level of heat, or change it up as you go.
