Best bagel place around! Staff is extremely hard working, courteous, and respectful. The food is always cooked perfectly and the bagels can’t be beat. Perfectly seasoned and with a slight crunch. They have a wide variety of flavored cream cheeses and interesting bagel flavors as well. Last but not least, they are very good to the first responders (EMS, Police, Fire) that frequent the store and we are always thanked for our service to the community with a discount on our orders. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

I have no idea how this place is still in business. When you first opened up, you were half decent, but as time went on this place has been unbearable and it’s the only thing that’s close to where I live. I’ve walked out of this place two times and again, I’ve given people a second chance, and sometimes a third chance to support local. One time I had coffee grinds all in the bottom of my cup, and let them know, and after “kind of apologizing” they offered me a free coffee… Your staff is rude, and as the line grows and people grow impatient. Your staff doesn’t even say I’ll be right with you or just a moment. They look aggravated that they actually have to do their job. I’ve never seen a bagel place operate so slowly. We will not be giving you another chance. I hope this review sits with others to know that is a complete waste of time to go to this bagel store. Just go downtown to Goldbergs where they are the most experienced bagel place on the east end especially, and will serve you in very short time. They are professional, and their prices are cheap and the staff knows how to handle customers. Even the cashier at the front was screaming at the staff to help as the line grew yet he won’t step in. Seems like the whole place is disorganized.

This is hands down the best bagel store on the island. I live in Selden and travel here because they’re better than any other. The bagels are ALWAYS soft but the outside is always cooked perfectly with a light crunch. I really can’t stop talking about this place. I recommend it to everyone I speak to! My friend who lives local to the store door dashes from here and she raves about it too. Her family is obsessed with the hash browns. But for me, it’s the everything bagel. I am super picky about my bagels and it blows every other place out of the water. This morning I drove all the way here to get 3 dozen bagels for my daughters class and the staff is always wonderful. They helped me carry everything out of the car. Try it! You will NOT be disappointed. Oh wait did I mention how they’re always warm and fresh?! Seriously SO GOOD

Went in shortly before closing to order some chicken sandwiches. Sandwiches were very good. One order wrong but I didn’t mind. My sandwich had bacon on it and I didn’t ever mention the word bacon on my sandwich. Other sandwich was disproportion with the tons of tomatoes compared to everything else. The macaroni salad and coleslaw were not great. The salads were so watery and almost tasted rancid. Chicken cutlets in the sandwiches were outstanding!

Chicken cutlet club- no bacon, no tomato, no lettuce. Only thing they provided on it was gross brown avocado I paid extra for. Pulverized $11.00 chopped salad in a tiny little container but had long huge pieces of peppers in it (makes sense) and no dressing. Every single time they can never get their own sandwiches correct! Horrible service. Hire better help or oversee your business correctly.

This place gets worse every single day. There is no reason someone should wait for over 30 minutes for a plain bagel with cream cheese… ALSO they love to change prices day to day. I bought something Monday for $2.00 then the next day it’s $3.00 and the reason was “well my boss said that’s the price” ….. then the day after it’s back to $2.00? Pathetic

First and foremost, the Staff here is always very friendly, courteous and welcoming, which is one of my most important experiences in a food establishment. I would also have to say they have some of the best bagels locally to the area and they make delish omelettes and egg sandwiches for myself and my family.
