Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and when we got home realized it was 1 pepperoni 1 cheese pizza. I called and explain the situation and the worker tells me to come in and I can get the pepperoni pizza and sorry for the mess up. I arrive about 20 mins later, well she doesn’t tell her coworker and leaves so the guy working thinks I’m trying to get a free pizza and tells me I can’t have the pepperoni unless I give the cheese pizza back which is weird as why would you want a pizza that already left the store back but I obliged because I want the pepperoni I originally ordered. I make the trade and he keeps the pizza assuming to sell it or eat it which disgusting. I hope no one bought that pizza last night as I can’t guarantee no one touched it at my apartment before I returned it as there was multiple young children at my place.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I went in for my pizza last week, and exquisite service from the lady at the front, believe her name was Sarah? Anyways, loved the atmosphere, divine pizza, quick pinch meal as I am a busy mom of 3! 100/10 recommend this place!!

Ordered a deep dish cheese, only to have it not be ready during the estimated time window, then when it was placed in the pizza portal, it was completely raw. Contacted social media pages only for them to have me call a 1-800 number that never works. Based on reviews here, we are on our own when it comes to be cheated out of our money for this junk. Clearly corporate and this location does NOT care about making things right to keep customers

I ordered a pretzel pizza and a pepperoni pizza (indicated the cheap pizza thinking they were $6 or $7). I was charged the correct price for the pretzel pizza, but the pepperoni was $8 or $8.99 plus we added Canadian bacon so it was considered a custom pizza. Add $2 for additional topping. Was told the custom was $11.99. That is $3 more not $2. I said it was a rip off and told that it is not an option to add toppings to the lower priced pizza. I was not happy. Will not be doing that again.
