I was surprised to see Fazoli’s has finally stepped up to the plate for gluten allergy customers. The dish was delicious and filling but you could tell it was a fast food chain quality. It didn’t matter because I was hungry and ate every last bite of it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE…the food is great, the staff is better ..they made a mistake on my order…I called, they took my info and credited me another sandwich.. explained to me they had a computer problem…they gave me no problem. The next day I went to pick up my sandwich and they had my info and took great care of me.. Very polite and the sandwich was excellent. I love their meatball subs the best though I will be back.

Ate here for the first time and was well pleased with my meal. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was great! Food was served piping hot with a very short wait time. The bread sticks were fantastic as well. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back for sure.

First time my wife and I ever heard about fazolis or drive thru Italian food. The experience here was amazing. It was very odd but my wife and I both loved it. The to go menu is definitely better than the actual menu but boy was service fast. By the time we chose a table and filled our cups the food was already brought out. Although not traditional service there still was some and it was very pleasant. It only opened 4/26 and seems to be pretty popular. I 10/10 recommend going here. And I almost don’t want one near home because I will eat way too much Alfredo.

The drive thru cashier was so rude! And what else, and what else and what else and what else. Extremely rude. If I wouldn’t have promised my kids we would eat there I would have drove off. Definitely will not be going back! Customer service is a big deal to me. It’s just respect people lack!

Absolutely loved this restaurant! First time ever eating a a Fazolis, but definitely won’t be the last, and certainly not the last at this one! They were quite busy when we arrived, however it did not take long for our food to be on the table. The staff were amazing, from ordering all the way to the end! prices weren’t bad, food was excellent, great staff what more could you ask for?!? The bread sticks were e amazing, even more so when they are hot and fresh. Speghitti is one of my favorite foods, and I loved theirs with the meatballs, my wife had the wings and said they were amazing. Also had a peice of pizza, which was awesome as well! I definitely recommend giving them a try! I also met one of the owners, Dallas, and chatted with him a few minutes, very garcious, very friendly and down to earth guy, who by the way was out on the floor giving out bread sticks and helping deliver food! It won’t let me give above 5 stars, but I’d easily give them if it were an option!

I love this place and the food. While I was I disappointed not get bread sticks when they brought our food out I understood it was cooking they said they would bring out in a minute then brought some out to everyone else but our table and ignored us when we tried to ask about it. They were understaffed and other than that it was a great experience and good food

I have only had Fazoli’s once and it was the loaded spaghetti. It was quite amazing I got it to go through the drive-thru so I can’t really comment on the atmosphere although I have been in there as a doordasher to deliver food it seems more of like a fast food setting so not really a romantic type Italian restaurant. The man that loaded spaghetti was amazing can’t wait to try some more of their dishes and furthermore they didn’t even have the normal sauce that came with a loaded spaghetti and apologize for that and only gave me marinara and it was still amazing can’t wait to try it with original sauce as well kudos to Fazoli’s
