I have dined at this location several times in the last six months. Their food is always great. However, my last visit I ran into some real cleanliness issues. I was the first of our group of four to place an order. I went into the dining room to set up at a 4 top table. The first one I went to was dirty in that the table top was very sticky. I moved to another 4 top table next to it. The same problem…the table top was very sticky and gross. I finally found a 4 top that was not as bad. After I put my beverage down I felt compelled to go wash the sticky off my hands. I entered the bathroom and it was a total disaster. The hand towel dispenser was not working. A roll of paper was sitting on top of it for the patrons to use. The garbage can was overflowing….a lot of the floor of the bathroom was covered with wadded up paper. It looked as if NO ONE had checked the men’s restroom for hours, if not days. Terrible simply terrible. I will think twice before go back to this location. You need to CLEAN this restaurant!

I went in today at 3:50 and ordered a chicken wrap meal and one order of hummus. There was one other customer in the store, and probably 4-6 employees working. They were prepping lots of carry out meals. We got our hummus within a few minutes. We waited another 10 minutes and still did not have the one order of chicken wraps. This put us waiting 19 minutes total for ONE chicken wrap meal at 3:50 with an almost-empty restaurant. I went to the counter to ask about my meal (on which I also tipped 15% since they ask you that now when you check out..even before you can see what level of service you receive). The lady behind the counter had no answer. Another employee asked me where I ordered my food. I said, “At this counter at 3:53.” He seemed to go check on it. Two employees behind the counter seemed confused, and I thought one mouthed to the other that there were no chicken wraps. After a minute or two of STILL NO ANSWER, I asked one of them again about my order that had taken TWENTY minutes for a chicken wrap. He then hurriedly put one in a bag and handed it to me. NOT ONE employee apologized, took ownership, or REMOTELY seemed to have a CLUE about what was going on or what went on with our order. This is unacceptable service for tips to me, and I will NEVER be back to this store. If you like mediocre food and lazy service with no ownership of mistakes, this is where you should dine.

Really great food! We had originally thought this was a sit down, order and be served type of restaurant, but you order at the counter and they bring it to you:) they have social distanced seating and great turn around time! We were not waiting long for our food! You also get so much food for the price. I would highly recommend!

I adore their lemon chicken and rice soup and chocolate cake. This particular store is never really inviting to me. It doesn’t encourage me to want to eat in. It’s has a dark feeling in the dining area. Even though light shines brightly enough through the windows it still has this weighty feeling.
