Tried out Hawkins Grill & Pizzeria today for lunch, and enjoyed the experience. We had cheeseburgers and grilled chicken subs, and a to go order Mediterranean Pizza for supper tonight. Service was fast and friendly, food came out in good order, and was tasty and reasonably priced. Looking forward to going again to this well kept secret just blocks from uptown.

Food was good… I called in order, arrived before food was ready, and asked if they could just make the order for there. Basically, I asked if I could just sit and eat inside and was told no. Felt that was pretty rude, especially because there wasn’t hardly anyone else there. Anyways the food was good.

Sign says they close from 3-4 ,got there at 2:32 sat down. Waitress said I couldn’t order to eat there because it was TOO CLOSE to 3. This is deplorable service, there were 5 or 6 people eating when this occurred.

Clean, friendly staff and simply good food. Only problem will be deciding on a dish. Angus burgers…pasta….salads…desserts…tiramisu YUM. All delish!! Be mindful of the hours; open Mon-Fri only.

Food is good and so far customer service has been fine. Its not extraordinary but it also isn’t bad. I’ve only tried their subs and so far they have been tasty, and their fries are super crunchy and yummy. See pics.
