I ordered a Zensation salad about 20 minutes ago. I just got home which is 15 minutes away and there’s absolutely no meat on my salad. I called and the female employee won’t confirm if there’s leadership there. Tells me the general manager will be there Wednesday. This is unacceptable!! Won’t be returning!!

Zaxby’s always have delicious food. This establishment is just like any other Zaxby’s in that respect. But the customer service here is HORRIBLE. They need some different workers. They don’t know a thing about QUALITY CONTROL. I used my app to order food yesterday 7/10/23, when I arrived the bag was sealed. I checked to make sure that the order was correct. They had forgotten the Zax Sauce. I told one of the workers that the sauce was missing. Instead of just giving me a sauce, she proceeded to tell me how it could be “hiding” behind the container of food. So I had to take EVERYTHING out of the bag to show this young lady that the sauce was INDEED NOT HIDING in the bag.

Worst zaxbys I have ever been to and not even close. Service is the slower than a nice sit down restaurant. Got the nibblerz, bread was stale, chicken was raw and cold, fries were solid as a rock. Girlfriend got the salad and found mold in there. Complete waste of money. Don’t waste your time at this location if your craving zaxbys there are 2 others not far away. This location is gross

Hostile environment, came five minutes early and waited in drive thru line. I guess the employees didn’t think we could hear them, its always fun to be insulted by a couple of teenagers with little to do. Atleast they didn’t use expletives….

The service at this location is drastically different during the day vs at night. During lunchtime they have their act together. They’re friendly and the food is great. Sadly that is not the case in the evenings. We have had several experiences of pulling up to the drive-thru to be completely ingnored. If they’re busy they could simply say “welcome to Zaxby’s, we’ll be with you in a moment.” Instead it’s just silence for several minutes until they decide to finally get you out of the way. Add to that other experiences of having a team member being completely rude (when going inside) and our order being completely wrong another time. I get it’s fast food and hiring has been tough from the pandemic, but the experience should be better. I’m only reviewing now after several bad experiences. Going forward we will no longer visit this location in the evenings.

He was wearing the gloves that touch the food and now his phone. I placed a to go order and was happy to see he wasn’t the one preparing my meal but he was preparing the drive through orders..
