If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and dirty. Come in the mornings and you can see the food area when standing by the pickup station, see employees using their phones, eating and not switching gloves. Food is cold and undercooked half the time. Coffee order is always wrong. Employees always chit chatting and laughing not paying attention to the customers, manager doesn’t seem to be doing her job if this is how she’s running her store. This location used to be the best , not anymore.

Very busy coffee shop. I would imagine it’s hard to keep it clean. Straw wrappers and napkins on the floor. Cashier’s that could care less about the customer. Better off going through drive thru. It’s slow but you don’t have to deal with a mess and rude people

Went through drive thru (was a bit busy). Sat for ay least a couple minutes before calmly saying hello and was told to hold on, which was fine. When I got to the window was told that I was screaming hello at them…. Pretty rude customer service. I told her I did not scream and she should check the volume on her headset.

Kayla was taking our order and forgot certain items, when we approached the window she already began giving us attitude, then sent over 2 other employees to try to handle the situation holding up the line when all we needed was our missing items, it was very rude with her attitude and talking about us while the window was open

It’s not bad. This Dunkin is usually a positive experience but like most has its few workers that are not very pleasant to deal with. There is always at least a few that display their utter hate for their job for all customers to see. The employees that are good tho, are great and make it worth the stop.
