I ordered through DoorDash and the food that we got was not good. I ordered their new Chicken Cordon Bleu Crispy Chicken Meal and the chicken was not crispy and did not have the sauce that was supposed to go with it. The lime and cilantro rice was bland and pieces were either overcooked or undercooked as they were hard to chew. The mashed potatoes I ordered was replaced by stuffing that was harder than a rock. The Mac and cheese was runny and the 30oz soda was in a 20oz cup. The only redeeming thing in my order was the brownie.

I just want to know how this food was able to get served through Uber eats the chicken was cooked for so long the meat turnt crispy terrible! the cream Spanish has never been this light and way more cream than spinach I tried to push through out of hunger but this is pathetic!

They are now serving cloned meat!!! We were so excited to eat Boston Market. The door were closed at 6PM forcing us (after not being there for a while) to order at a pick window. I order my usual Turkey because their Turkey was unmatched along with their gravy… when I drove home and open my food it looked like over processed thick cut Turkey deli meat. The mac was super salty… I drove back to swap out the turkey for dark meat chicken and that too tasted like garbage. Thought the cornbread would redeem this trip… but boy was I mistaken…. It tasted like cardboard — and was paler than usual…. Don’t recommend this place…. WOUKD NEVER GO BACK

Spent $70 on the extra large family meal. 3 whole chickens, 12 cornbread’s and 6 sides. Ordered extra sides as well. Doing an event for my daughters special needs program. Instead of receiving cornbread, we received 12 cut up pieces of Cuban bread. I wasn’t aware Boston Market served or sold Cuban bread. None of the children were able to have this. It’s too hard and dry for them. No one informed me of this change when I picked up the order. I called 4 times and my calls were ignored. Someone finally answered the phone but another employee told the person who answered the phone “boy, why you answered that phone and we takin orders.” This lead to the employee or whoever answered the phone to disconnect the call. I will be contacting their cooperate office.

Ordered a rotisserie family meal , chicken was under cooked . They were out of bread and it wasn’t even close to closing time.The macaroni was so disappointing noodles were overcooked, no cheese sauce and no flavor . Called the the store multiple times and got no answer .

I should’ve turned back around the moment I saw this place was a ghost town. The monitors are down, the menu was scribbled on paper stacked to a board for us to read with most prices missing. All sides were dried up n old. The cream spinach was instead “garlic spinach” the corn looked like it’ll crack your teeth in half. So I opted for the spinach. Big mistake. Disgusting!! The guy behind the counter looked just as frustrated as we were and embarrassed. He was there by himself in the dark. Corporate do you even care!!??

Please do your research before visiting. This location is one of the few still open but won’t be for long. They are buying food at Winn Dixie to sell daily and haven’t been paying employees. Food is dry, over cooked and old. Save your money!

Ordered online. I came to pick up my food at the time provided to pick it up. I waited 20 minutes in the restaurant on the food while they served two other guests(not so busy). When I finally got my food I took it all the way home to find that the meatloaf tasted like pancakes with maple syrup, the creamed spinach had no cream in, just spinach & garlic(weird), & also my cornbread was broken to pieces and stale. I called the restaurant 3 times with no answer, I called Boston Market customer service line multiple times with no answer & the feedback section of thwir website is down and doesn’t work. I finally got ahold of a person at Boston market by contacting them for catering. He took my info and said he would send the info to corporate to contact me in 6-7 business days. I will not order here again, the food and service of this company has gone so far down that they may need to just shut down & stop trying.
