Visited this Dunkin today, 4/6/23. It was a very slow day. There were three available staff. 1 at the drive-thru, 1 on the phone and a young lady preparing the drive-thru orders. Well, I stood at the register for about 6-7 minutes. Only to realized one of the cashier was kneeling behind the To-Go rack by the drive-thru window. I’m assuming he didn’t want me to notice he was there not doing anything. All I wanted was OJ and a carrot muffin. After about 10 minutes, I had enough and made a fuss. I told one of the available cashiers to come over and ring up my purchase. After what seemed like forever one of them willed themselves to do it. I didn’t get a hi, I’m sorry you had to wait this long or how are you speel. Just eye roll and a look of annoyance. You would think after ignoring a paying customer they would at least be polite or attempt to mellow out the situation. NOTHING! Instead the young man snatched the Dunkin’ paper bag and dumped the muffin in it, didn’t even care about presentation. These kids are very young and I don’t think they understand the importance of good customer service.

I drive for a living, across the mid-west through the south and northeast. I drive 600 miles a day and stop for Dunkin quite a bit. Each area has it’s own degree of hospitality, or lack there of. I have been pretty let down at times and have had a counter person not even speak to me. I have visited this Dunkin in Deland twice now and each time they have overwhelmed us with their hospitality and family feel to the shop. They joke with the guests and treat your order like a top priority. This is honestly THE BEST Dunkin in the country. Keep up the great work!

I am not very happy with my order I have ordered with this place before.. this is same thing has happened to me but before I had order half in half cream no sugar. but they add sugar anyways. other half was Not Decaf I ended up having Grinds in my coffee I was mad! Today order this picture below. This is a mess horrible service.
