The drive-thru board looks like it was damaged recently and the speaker was super quiet. We did not hear the clerk immediately and she copped an attitude immediately. Other customers were obviously having the same problem too. Figure it out DQ! I would think a fully functioning drive-thru board is pretty important to your business model.

Online ordering for pick at 1045, wait 15 minutes to get food is unacceptable. Need more working and less socializing. Get food and basically was thrown into a large brown bag and shoved out the window! I will be contemplating NEVER doing our work lunch business here agai

Some of the staff think they can say what every they want and get upset when you say something back to them. Very unprofessional asking a driver or customer if they want to go back and cook for them.
