Had to try Chipotle after the many recommendations. Had the Burrito Bowl with everything. Not the biggest fan of their hot salsa. The portion was huge and the food was okay. Lots of options for vegetarians at budget friendly prices and decent flavors. Also lots of branches of Chipotle across NYC. Definitely makes for a great meal option, while on the go!

Food was okay, vegetarian options available, the place was clean and quite empty so there was no problem with seats – we came here on a weekday, an October afternoon. Service was super nice – we remember very fondly the guy who was selling us our meals as we had really nice talk with him!

You guys know how they are when you ask for double meat. I asked the server if she could put more chicken, she literally took the spoon and scooped out one piece of extra chicken. I almost started laughing but whatever, will not be coming back to this location. There’s another chipotle a few blocks away the staff there seems to be more generous.

Food is good but burritos can be hit and miss depending on who prepares it. Some put a huge glob of sour cream in one small spot in the burrito. Others spread it out neatly. The Chips are often too salty but otherwise good.

Rude staff, barely give you any food for the premium price you’re paying ($13.50) for a regular chicken burrito. Workers behind the counter are scared to put food in cause they don’t know how to roll a real burrito.

Great location with fast service and tasty quality meals. My orders are made exactly right and the food is amazing. They have very small dining area that can get full quite quickly around lunchtime so plan ahead or order for take out.

When ordering chipotle burritos, I imagine large portions that can barely fit in the tortilla when it’s ready to be wrapped. This specific store served a Taco Bell sized burrito last time I went. Kind of disappointing that I came back to the office with a skinny burrito.

They touch the sauce ladde on the meat and others’ bowls and same laddle is used to serve sauce on vegetarian food. When we suggest to be careful and not touch the food while putting sauce, they are least concerned for customers to correct it and are rude.
