According to the hours posted, the restaurant was open until 9PM. I went in at 8:05, and was told the dining room was “technically” closed. I was looking forward to sitting down and ordering from the menu, not getting takeout. I was told the takeout specials, so although I was disappointed, I ordered a pizza to go. While I was waiting, a small group of people came in and was given menus and told to “sit wherever you want”. I said I thought the dining room was technically closed, and the employees just looked at each other, nobody addressing the situation. I told them to cancel my order and left. After I left, I realized that I had already paid, so I went back to make sure the order was removed from my credit card. I mentioned that I had been lied to, and was told that I wasn’t lied to, that the dining room was “technically closed,” even though other tables had been seated in the dining room by then. I am NOT a Karen – I have worked in the dining industry for thirty years in various capacities, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Time travel back to the 1980s! This was a delight! Everything was the way I remember it. The mozzarella sticks were even great! The service topped it off. Check it out, if you like nostalgia and pizza!

The Dine-In option at Pizza Hut is now disappointing. I understand with the COVID pandemic they don’t have the salad bar and dining hours are limited but it seems the salad/hot bar serving areas have permanently been taken out. So if you want good pizza go to Rocky’s Pizza next door. But, if you want a decent pizza delivered then go for the Pizza Hut pizza. Dine in is just pizza or wings and check the hours before going. This location is conveniently located near downtown next to the Red Bridge Inn and Park.

I haven’t been to a dine in Pizza Hit in years, so I was stoked that this was actually around. Right away the staff was super friendly when seating us. Our food came out fast and fresh. The woman workin gave us a free cookie dessert on the house which totally made my son’s day. Will definitely be eating here again the next time we pass through Park Rapids!

Excellent 90’s vibe in this classic Pizza Hut. Customer service was spectacular. Food was phenomenal and really sparked the memory of classic Pizza Hut from when I was a child. Came here after a bad experience at pizza ranch. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

I was disappointed that This location doesn’t have the salad bar like the chain advertises but the buffet is two bucks cheaper. It’s mostly pizza and some hot frosted dough thing for dessert.

Seated then waited 20 minutes. No menu. No drink order. We left because our kids were too hungry.
