First, the establishment was almost empty and the host sat us down next to a table where soda or juice had been spilled and the floor was super sticky. He didn’t even bother to move the chairs that were blocking me from sitting. We had to pull the table back to sit in a section that wasn’t covered by stickiness and water on the floor. The waitress was very nice, I ordered the southern fried chicken meal and asked the waitress to have it cooked fresh. She brought the meal out and stated that she asked the cook to make it fresh. It looked like the chicken had been overcooked in the microwave or dipped back in hot grease. I opened what looked like it was supposed to be a wing and thought maybe this is just a bad one. I needed to leave and we asked for boxes to go and left immediately without eating. When I got home to eat, I have NEVER had food so bad! The chicken was very hard, old, tasteless, and dry. I’m not even sure if you can classify that monstrosity as chicken. It was worse than a frozen tv dinner fried chicken meal. You should be embarrassed and ashamed for allowing “food” like this to be served in your establishment. Beyond disappointing. $30 for 2 meals and went straight to the trash. This needs to be corrected immediately. Post rd. Smh. The cashier and the waitress were the ONLY positive aspectw worth mentioning which is a change from past experiences. Fire your cooks and retrain your host.

Came in on a Thursday after my son’s graduation. The place was pretty empty, so unlike other times, we didn’t have to wait. Our server was very sweet and did her best in answering all of our questions even though she hadn’t been with the company long. She did mess up a couple of times, but nothing to determental. I ordered a steak medium rare with 2 sides and a tea. The steak came out medium well. So it was edible but dry. Thank goodness it didn’t come our well.

I picked up breakfast here for the first time on 08/23. I ordered pancakes and turkey sausage to go over the phone. To my surprise, I was told that they no longer carry turkey sausage. They have a new spicy chicken sausage, so I chose that. I can’t tell you enough about how good the chicken sausage was, I mean wow! A new favorite. And of course, the pancakes are always a winner from Cracker Barrel. My first time at this location was definitely a good experience. P. S. – Sharon the cashier was super nice.

We stopped in an hour before close and waited a good 15 minutes without a hostess to acknowledge us. Finally got the attendant at the store part of the establishment to head in the restaurant, only to inform us that no server was interested in seating us.

I took my Dad to eat lunch today and it was halfway busy and about halfway thru saw some mice going around under tables! Thinking they don’t usually come around when people are around wonder how bad it really is infested! Told waitress no manager showed although we weren’t only ones to see these critters lost appetite right away paid and left.

Ordered breakfast for myself and requested no tomatoes. Plate coke out covered with them. The waitress took them back to have it fixed. When the plate came back you could see they just scraped them off. Now the food was not warm. When she dropped the check and I went to pay it was $28. I had only ordered a meal with water. The cashier said I had to go find my server to get the correct receipt. Finally I was able to get her by waiting where they come from. Overall just terrible service from food to service.

First time at this location and it was an absolute pleasure! The staff were more than accommodating for our larger group! The food was as expected from Cracker Barrel excellent! We all had a feast! The table waa kept clean and my drinks were staying full which is a big one for me as I drink alot! If I am in the area again I will definitely stop by here! Hope you enjoy!

I worked for Cracker Barrel in the early 90’s and it is still my favorite place to stop when I’m traveling. The food is consistently tasty and the atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect. Darla was my server today and she was on top of everything.
