Any other day I would have given this place 5 stars. I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr many times and they’re usually really good but this time the food was not up to their standards. I ordered a super star combo low carb style and it was basically just a large pile of lettuce. The fries were cold and bland. Usually they’re fresh and salty the way I like them but today was one of those days I guess. I do like that they have outdoor seating and clean bathrooms.

It wasn’t very clean. Unfortunately I can’t say it’s because they were busy either… they were completely empty sooo… we just ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese buscuits… which they over 45 minutes to make… when I did get it however… I can’t complain

Went there, didn’t get what I ordered/paid for. Tried to call and rang and rang and rang and rang… no one answered… So went on to the corp website to try to get resolution and the experience was… well trash. gave a bunch of information but nothing specific and the feeback was well… we’ll get back to you in 2-3 days. Customer service is king, fix your #$#@@$ or you won’t survive in todays market. Almost went to Culvers, apparently I should have… They don’t #@$@#$@ up your order.

Food is ready to go hot and fresh as they can get it done! There special requests for most everything I like to order is, spot on. I was super stoked to see that this location accepts EBT for the hot meal program. I will be here for many more meals to come. Did I mention customer WIFI access at no additional cost it’s a hard thing to get lately and it connects you with little to no effort every time I eat, in or take out. Restrooms are just plain Jane but not sure how cleanly actually. But they smell like and appear to be just fine remind me of rest stop bathrooms along I-10 east and west. Overall, I think it’s one of the most appealing ones on the West side of Phoenix.

I waited in the drive-through and in the front for over one hour and five minutes. The young lady that worked the drive-through window in the night time last night was very rude and disrespectful. They did my sandwich three times and they still didn’t get it right after I asked for my money back, and I did not want the phone no more she close the window on me. She told me one second, and never returned, cleaned the window around me. Mopped swept and never came back to the Window. Call the police because. She stole my money and never gave me my money back that I originally gave her tried to contact the store multiple times to talk to a manager. I do have the police report because the police did show up and nobody’s contacted me back she stole my money. She took the receipt back inside told me she was gonna give me my money and never returned. Waited outside. They finally closed up and walked right by me, got into their car and left. This is the way that they treat third guest I would never dine in or take out from this location. There was a police report made, and I am going to pursue charges.

Nuggets are amazing, place is always good. It’s in a rough part of town, but definitely worth the food. Not too many Carl’s jrs out there nowadays so I’m glad this one is still around. The food is good, the service is usually friendly. I always find myself returning here. Thank y’all. Also the drive through exit for this specific location is extremely inconvenient, just putting it out there.
