He apologized but not her, instead she looked at my receipt multiple times as if she couldn’t read English. Handed me my bag and said nothing. Then the tiny tacos tasted stale once I made it back home x2. I’ve been to this Jack in the box twice. The 1st time they lady at the window gave a rude comment on me and totally got my order messed up, switced, with another persons order. The 2nd time, today, another lady on the drive through speaker was very rude. Instead of a simple hello, she rudly just said “what do you want!” like I did something wrong. Which did for choosing this location of Jack in the box. And when I got my sourdough Jack burger, it was like totally untoasted and was soggy. Not even toasted not one bit. The burgers barley consisted of any condiments. Gave me a dry burger to choke on. Waited in line for a meal that was half put together. Called the store no one answered . Then go back up there like is long again. Worst service ever in Mansfield texas so far . I didn’t get my money worth for my meal. WORST SERVICE EVER.. All ram by teenagers who don’t care about the food at all. Poor quality of food they are serving and poor quality or service to the customers. Went thru the drive thru on a Friday 3/24/23 10:45pm and they said over the speaker “we are closed”. Online says they are opened until 2am. I came home, ordered doordash from same Jack In The Box at 11:23pm, same exact location and my food was delivered. It’s a shame they are turing away customers but will fulfill doordash orders.
