DO NOT PLACE PICKUP ORDERS HERE. This was my first time trying this place. I ordered their nachos with carne asada. It came out to be around $20. My boyfriend went to pick it up and he had to wait 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done. This was fine. What I was not expecting was that THEY LITERALLY DO NOT COOK THE NACHOS AT ALL. I was given a box of chips with a small amount of shredded cheese on top. I thought I was being pranked. Mind-blown, I called the restaurant. The manager with attitude said (also no apologies given) that they expect the customer to cook their nachos themselves. THEN WHY WOULD I EVEN ORDER FROM YOU??!!! I was flabbergasted. I couldn’t believe that I was told from a restaurant “manager” to cook the food (that I paid for them to cook and prepare) by myself. This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in the entire state of Colorado. Keep it up guys! You’ll be out of business soon with that kind of “service”.

YOU MUST GO TO LOS CHINGONES. I’m visiting family here in Colorado from The a Dominican Republic and I was feeling SO homesick for quality Latin food. When my sister brought me here a few months ago I was shocked. Literally couldn’t stop talking about this place.

Ate at the location in Fort Collins. Busy place. Sat right away. Beautiful artwork. Super friendly service- Caden was always on top of things. We ordered the smothered burritos: one with carnitas and the other with asada. A few tacos including the Birria taco. Guac, Queso, Salsa, house margarita and the Mole Chocolate Chip cookies. Tacos were ok, the roasted veg taco was burnt and salty. Chips, salsa and queso were great. Very short staffed but the gentleman that greeted us was wonderful. Love the atmosphere very nice decor and variety of seating, tall tables and booths.

Great food and awesome staff. The chingones queso is amazing and we love their selection of drinks. They have a pretty amazing salsa selection and the chips are also really great. The staff has been super friendly and helpful every time we’ve been there. It’s on the outskirts of town which makes it a bit of a trek for those of us living closer to Old Town, but it’s worth the drive.
