Nice place. Food good. But so stupid they won’t give you ketchup or hot sauce except in packets. It’s a nice place too. So you get packets to squeeze on this nice plate of food. It’s a low class move and horrible for the environment. Who ever made this call needs to rethink it. Won’t come back till they fix it. Others should say something too.

I went to breakfast with my parents and daughter this morning. I love a good classic breakfast and was looking forward to trying this place. When we arrived, we waited 2 – 5 mins before we even were acknowledged. We were told there was a 20-minute wait and stepped outside until they called us in. Our waitress was a sweet older woman who got us everything we needed. Unfortunately, she was so busy with so many tables she had trouble getting the check to us in a timely manner, but that’s understandable. My potatoes were the best part of my breakfast! The bacon was cooked well, and the toast was good but I probably should have ordered light butter. I forgot they really lather it up around here. My only complaint was my eggs. It happens a lot in breakfast joints but I just don’t have the stomach for it. I got the #2 and asked for the eggs to be scrambled. They were undercooked and I can’t eat slimy eggs. I’m also pregnant so the idea of eating undercooked eggs is twice the no as usual. The atmosphere was ok. Very crammed inside and a lack of air circulation that left the inside feeling muggy. The staff seem nice and the place is clean. The other dishes I saw come to other tables looked very tasty. Overall a nice place to grab breakfast. In my case, communicating preferences would’ve made it better.

The service was awful and it took forever to get the food. It was burnt when it arrived. On two separate dishes. We were there for over 2 hours to get breakfast. Completely sub par. We would never go there again.

Mike’s diner has delicious food and great service! We had corn beef hash which was so tasty, we cleaned our plates. The eggs, toast, and potatoes were cooked to perfection. The cinnamon roll was delish but the BLUEBERRY MUFFIN WAS THE BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFIN I’VE EVER EATEN! And Mike was awesome!

A little plain. More like cafeteria food. The home fries were the best part. They don’t make their own dressings and they bring mayo and ketchup in packets. Not very convenient. The outside seating was nice. Service was a little slow but it was fine.

We arrived in the pouring rain . First time there. It was jam packed.. yet Jackie was still just as pleasant, personable and professional! She literally made our night..which was why we went back for breakfast ! Baked haddock was amazing. As were lemon ricotta pancakes ..and their homemade corned beef hash Benedict.

Great food, great Jackie server, but this Sunday morning 1.29, all other staff was not welcoming at all. I do not know why: felt like they did not want us to be there, cold reception, not smiling or anything,, finding a table, not saying nice goodbye when we leave. Too bad because Jackie was all the show and radiant (as opposed to rest of the crew). Great food too. Did something happen? It was not super busy..

I had a yummy, very filling, breakfast sandwich here with my daughter. She had a scrambled egg, fruit cup and the most delicious blueberry muffin. Mike’s rocks! You should come here for a scrumptious meal. We sat outside in the summer and it was delightful.

This was our second visit to Mike’s and it was excellent. The haddock chowder is very good with lots of fish in a well seasoned broth. The meat loaf dinner was delicious with all fresh ingredients. If you love a good turkey meal you must order it here. Service is first rate and fast. Food is plentiful and served hot. Highly recommended!
