Second time coming for a birthday celebration. This place doesn’t disappoint! The ambiance, the music, the service and the food…all on point! The staff are very friendly and super outgoing. The assistant general manager came over to greet us and later the general manager came.

This place screams amazing as you walk through the door. Our server was awesome and was a neat coincidence she is from WA as well so there was a quick bond. But after that was slightly down hill. The menu is great we tried several wines and I had two old fashions and they were below avg unfortunately which anyone knows my reviews that’s my go-to and only drink. Steaks were very basic not terrible certainly not great. I will say my lobster and shrimp was good the fillet just didn’t live up. Fun place but for the price just be cautious.

The service and welcoming atmosphere was great. The food, however, was definitely not worth the price. We ordered 14 oz New York straps well done. When he got them, they were more medium rare, so we sent them back. When they came back, they were really dry – before you say that’s your fault for ordering them well done, I can tell you we have gotten better, juicier, well done steaks at Applebee’s! We ordered brussel sprouts, and they did not look or taste like brussel sprouts at all and were almost burnt. Plus, your sides are charged separately.

First of all, the shrimp cocktail here has St Elmo’s beat. Hands down. Maxwell is an excellent server (as are all of his helpers). We felt very welcomed. We were greeted by manager Matt – he was always watching to make sure everything was perfect. I was very pleased. Prime 47 goes above and beyond expectations. I went to celebrate my birthday and it was my first time visiting. Our favorite steak house is another upscale Carmel favorite but we decided to try Prime 47 for a change of scenery. The food was fantastic and is easily one of our favorite meals this year! My steak was a tad over-seasoned hence the 4 stars but I’d rather it be flavorful than not. Brennan and Sophie were our servers and they were so warm and friendly. D the manager checked on every single table to make sure everything was alright and stopped by to wish me happy birthday and made sure everything was going well. I’ve celebrated birthdays at restaurants before but this experience was truly different. The service this team provided was the best! Before we left we bought a round of shots for these 3 wonderful people and I can’t wait to go back.
