It’s okay. It’s fast and cheap. If you expect anything else you’re going to be disappointed. Good, solid, pizza. Call ahead and pick up to avoid delivery issues. Stop being lazy. Then you’ll have hot food. Front desk guy is really nice.

On the keto diet and have been looking for a good pizza alternative, was pleasantly shocked at how delicious their cauliflower pizza was!! It was not comparable to regular flour pizza crust, it was better! Ordering (really user friendly website) and pickup was crisp and a breeze (though the restaurant signage is tough to see, they can improve that. They’re 2 doors to the left of ChuckECheese). I’m going to be a regular!

I used to order regularly, I have found that my experience on the weekends is terrible. I just ordered a calzone, and just like the past weekends its under cooked. I have to put it in the oven to finish cooking. I will not be going there anymore especially on the weekends.

This was the 1st and last time we will order from Parrot Pizza in Worcester. We ordered online to receive a 10% discount and didn’t receive it. Our order was VERY specified and nothing came correct. I left detailed instructions on the order and also on the delivery. The driver kept passing our apartment even as we were on the phone with him. By the time we finally got our food it not only was COLD but it was not correct. It was a simple order, 2 subs, french fries and onion rings. One sandwich was missing lettuce, the bread was over toasted, we paid extra for sweet and sour sauce, didn’t receive it, the sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. Our order with tip came to 40.00. Worse 40.00 spent, trust me. Like I said this was our 1st experience ordering from here and surely it will be the last. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
