Not sure why I need to give one star. The people here literally move like sloths to get orders ready. We waited 20 minutes to order and another 20 for food. We left because we were going to miss our flight. No one cares about service. Seriously get a better manager.

I bought a “large Diet Coke” here and was given a glass filled from top to bottom with ice, and the cup was not filled all the way. Of course, the top is the widest part that holds the most! I doubt the liquid would actually fill one of their small cups. What a rip off, and certainly deliberate. Is this location corporate owned or a franchisee? If it is the latter, they should be ashamed and perhaps get into another line of work.

It was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The coffee was atrocious and the food wasn’t much better. The service was horrible. Staff was rude. And even got our order wrong. I have worked in retail for over 40 years and I never would have treated a customer the way we were treated. You need new employees.

Lousy service, very rude cashiers on their cellphone, they hate their jobs and it’s obvious they don’t want to be there. Cashiers cellphone was ringing and she answered while taking our order. Never experienced such awful customer service. Do not go there. As always their frappe machine was not working.

What can I say? It’s McDonald’s. Honestly I only eat breakfast here and they do a good job. I mean what says travel more than McDonald’s breakfast at the airport? The food is exactly what you expect it to be so it’s a safe bet. The best thing though is the staff. They are great and always return my friendliness and smile with friendliness and smile of their own.

Alright so here is the thing. I have been to and ate at this McDonalds three times now and right now they are batting .333 They are very hit or miss. The one time that it was good I could tell that their team was working together, everyone was happy and things were good. The other two times, you could here the team segueing a bit, seemed like the managers didn’t really care what was going on, and no one really had any passion. Need to give some other locations a try next time I am here.
