On 6/11/23, I ordered a breakfast sandwich (sausage and egg) with a hash brown. The service was prompt that I did not wait a long time. The young lady was very kind and professional at the drive-thru window. My food was great. Keep in mind, I do not go to this establishment early in the morning and late at night, especially on weekends. You are going to wait for a long time for food and the order might not be correct if you do. Just putting things in perspective. Yes, I will definitely visit again.

Myself and several coworkers wanted lunch from here and one person together our food but was basically declined service because we could only place a max of two orders at the counter inside. If it was brive thru I could understand but and inside limit on order is crazy and will not be patronizing this location anymore. #got to do better

I order some wings and they were old, hard, and didn’t have sauce on it and I ask for mild with light sauce but none was put on it. The wings were horrible. Definitely money wasted.

What a fun place! Service was friendly (not super-fast, so don’t be in a big rush), and the food was fantastic. The dining area was clean and neat. Prices were very reasonable. I had a cheeseburger, fries, soda, and sundae for $9.00. Will definitely be back.

It was a fifteen minute wait after the emp. Answered.Came back two more times to ask to wait.I ordered 1/2 hot wings & 1/2 lemon pepper wings. On the menu marquee side order grilled onions were free. I asked if they were in fact free.She said let me check. Then she said drive around. She asked for the money.I paid. In the bag was chopped onions in a dressing container and charged $ .55.i asked her why is it in this. A side order means like French fries not dressing size. She said it’s a topping and not free. I stated the marquee says side item and free. She said,I don’t have anything to…then she cut it off and said the board is old. Half the stuff on there isn’t the right description or price. I asked why am i paying this for a less than 1/2 of a dressing cup. She said that is how it is.Closed the window with an attitude and I waited another 6 minutes for my food. Everything I have ordered so far has been right description and size until now. I drove away disappointed to find my wings added to it. The lemon pepper wings had alot of pepper no lemon flavor and no salt….fried very hard. I thought the delay after you order was because they were re-heating and added the flavor. I think I need to stick to the night crew. They are personable,respectful,fast delivery and attentive. That day was not a food day for them.

I’ve been wanting to try Dixie Queen for a while now. However I walked in this location and walked back out within two minutes. The floors were greasy and slippery. No one in the kitchen had on any gloves and were handling food with their bare hands. The lady on the grill first handled raw meat, then onions, and lastly a bun (cross contamination).

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was excited about this location opening and the employees seemed nice. But to my surprise, one of the daytime workers used my capital one credit card to pay her MLGW bill, Walmart, Rayfords hot wings, instacart, door dash and IHOP. Well luckily I checked my balance and my money will be credited to my account. Unfortunately for you ma’am, your payment to MLGW will be reversed, you’ll be in the dark soon….. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!

Was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews but decided to try it out any way. Went through the drive through and I ordered the cheeseburger combo and smoked sausage with chili and cheese. They cook the food to order so I knew it would take a little time. It took me 20-25 minutes to receive my food and they forget my fries which I noticed before I left. They were pretty slow but my food was hot and fresh. Would probably go back again but I would walk inside the building instead.

I actually used uber Eats for my order. When delivered my smoke sausage & chilli cheese dog, both came with only meat & bread. I reported it to Uber Eats & tried to contact the location to no avail.
