Very disappointed. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a veggie sandwich, and the guy threw it on the grill next to a steak sandwich and went back and forth between them with the spatulas. I couldn’t eat my sandwich because it was contaminated with meat juice. I gave it to my husband to eat and a chunk of meat fell out of it with his second bite. Gross…

Either doordash or find another place with expensive options. Every time I have walked in there (8 times) they are slacking and moving in slow motion. Its like you gave both of them an edible and told them to not work. I waited 10 minutes, 2 people cut in line to say they had online orders. They also waited, as nobody even started their orders. This place sucks, their cooks have a terrible work ethic.

Was craving an Italian sub and Googled this place as it was nearby. The employee comes from the back wearing pajama pants and hoodie took my order. The fries were pre-made (vs ads on the wall stating they would be made to order) and the sandwich was lacking meat. I usually try a place twice before passing judgment but I don’t think this place is will fit that formula.

I know they just opened and everyone wants to try them out but this place seems very unorganized even though there are at least 8 people working (maybe more). Half way through placing my order the file taking my order was pulled from the register by someone (the manager?) cooking at the grill who told her “I need you back here”. I then had to place my order again. While making my way to the drink machine I overheard the employees talking about the orders sitting on the counter, one of which had been made twice apparently because the girl employee said “This guy is already gone”. I hope things smooth out as time goes on because if they don’t this place won’t last.
