Place was a little dirty, wit 5 people working there they could have done a better job. One guys was at the drive-thru drinking coffee on the phone during the 20 minutes I was there. I ordered 3 which where hard as a rock unfortunately I notice that too late. I was driving my way back home.

They always mess up on my orders. My husband experienced same things. Something as simple as not putting sugar in my coffee??? How you mess that up. Overcooked foods etc. i recommend going to the location near the port of peri peri after i55.

So pumpkin muffins only come around once a year and my son absolutely loves them. While most DD I can get pumpkin muffins fairly easy this Dunkin’ Donuts however seems to run out of pumpkin muffins by 10 AM it’s Super annoying!

Nearly every time my girlfriend and I come to this Dunkin we have problems. The app doubled the order after saying the payment was denied and the manager, Maria was extremely rude when we asked if there was any way to get a refund. Snapped “you have to do it on the app I can’t do anything for you” and immediately turned around and walked away from us. On the app it says to talk to a store employee and she ignored us when we tried to get her attention again.
