Doors are locked. I tried to speak with the employees through the glass and they rudely motioned for me to use the drive through, I mouthed back “but I don’t want to” because I have a reusable cup I’d like to use, I bought it from Dunkin! Why are all the dunking stores closed except for drive through???

I normally make my coffee at home and usually don’t order sandwiches. Not just this Dunkin most Dunkin’s are a hit or miss. I ordered a latte and a bacon,egg,cheese english muffins. We all know we do check our stuff until we drive away,especially going to work. Coffee tasted like tar, and wanted the English toasted dark. Wasn’t even warn to touch I don’t think she ran it through the toaster. Couldn’t drink the coffee and crumbled up tossed the cold sandwich after one bite I was so aggravated. And they don’t make plain sticks what Dunkin don’t make plain sticks

Multiple times I’ve come here orders are never done correctly and the people I’ve encountered do not care to get it right or fix what was wrong. Machines are constantly broken so sometimes you can’t get baked goods and sometimes frozen foods are also not available.

Worst Dunkin ever. I live up the road and I drive to Wakefield to get coffee because I have tried with this location over a dozen times and it’s bad every time. EVERY TIME! The line could be anywhere from 8 to 20 cars deep and you will still wait no less than 15 minutes and it’s usually longer. I wish I was exaggerating. The staff is rude and it’s just all around not worth the wait. Drive three minutes to the one on tower hill road. You’ll save time and aggravation.
