We used to really enjoy getting takeout from this cottage inn as we live very close and the food was always great. Within the last 6 months it’s been going very downhill unfortunately. The last 3 times we ordered, the pizzas were okay (some were very greasy), but the everything sticks have been almost inedible. Tonight we ordered again hoping things would have gotten better, but not so much. Sandwiches were good but the sticks were not fully cooked, did not have the everything seasoning on them, and had so much butter it was dripping out of the box. How is this acceptable to give to someone?! Not sure if management has changed or what, but someone needs to go over customer service and the proper way to prep food with the employees.

Kinda like…a last option kinda place. The pizza is good, but the other food options, not so sure. I know people who’ve gotten food poisoning there with the steak. The customer service is often kinda bland, and down right rude sometimes. There are some staff, who have a more friendly disposition though. The delivery fees literally vary from $3-$10, so do with that info what you will.

Our order originally arrived 30 minutes late. The pizza that arrived was lukewarm. Half of the lettuce in our side salad was wilted, so we threw it out. To top everything off, they neglected to deliver one of our pizzas. As I type this review, we are over 2 hours from when our order was supposed to be delivered and after promising to receive the missing pizza in 40 minutes, we still do not have it. No offers of discounts refunds or coupons from management. Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had with a pizza place.

This is the worst experience of my life. I ordered pizza 30 min till close and got a confirmation email it would be done before close. Drive all the way up to the store to be told “the computer crash so we did not make your order” that really sucked no dinner me! If I can check the email that was sent to me I bet they could check the email their system sent to me. Next time if you don’t wanna make my pizza just give a girl a call. Don’t make me get to the store and be told you did not even bother to make my pizza or contact me. Thanks cottage inn. Was a loyal customer.

Placed a delivery order that was cancelled on their end without notice, but I was still charged. Tbd when the money will show back up in my account, but more importantly, their ordering website should shut down delivery orders for the day WHEN THEY ACTUALLY STOP ACCEPTING THEM. I’ve worked in e-commerce, and it ain’t that complicated.
