After one hour waiting for our food, my wife’s chicken wings were cold, as if they were still frozen in the inside. The solution they gave us was discounting that dish and sending us home. We asked if they could serve her something to eat and their answer implied that she’d have to wait for a long time because the kitchen extremely busy and there were a lot of people that came after us waiting for their food. My wife left and she had only had some fries and two chicken wings, one of them still half frozen in the inside. The Navajo taco was pretty basic. I’ve worked in hospitality and understand these things may happen and it’s not easy, but I also know that there are better ways of handling such a situation.

Really don’t like giving bad reviews, but just can’t let this go. The service was fine. We were greeted, seated, and taken care of. The service was fine.

What a cool little place! There aren’t a lot of options in the area, luckily this one turned out great!

After the dinner I wanted to give 5 stars. It was great and the boy who hosted us was totally on top of it, loved it. But….

Very few restaurant options around Monument Valley, especially on Sundays. We stopped here on the way to Gooseneck State Park. The location was squeezed between the red cliffs and the river. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. I got the Navajo Cowboy Roast Beef and it was very good and super messy. It’s a roast beef on Navajo fry bread. My wife had the beef stew and enjoyed too. I’ve driven by this place many times over the years and glad I finally stopped in.

Made a stop based on a review after 3 hours on the road from Grand Canyon and we were happy we did. Unique and tasty take on burgers and tacos. Navajo tacos and Navajo burgers are just really good. Server was all about being friendly and a cool cat that clearly loves his job. Great restaurant filled with families, adventure seekers and other travelers. Great place.

Both dined and had breakfast. Dinner was okay. We had the burgers and chicken wings. The service was friendly. Note: tip is already included in the bill! Breakfast was clearly a less enjoyable experience. The food was decent, nothing special. The service was indifferent. I would recommend eating elsewhere.

The good thing is that there’s nothing near, so if you are hungry and staying in San Juan Trading spot Hotel, then this is your place, if not avoid it. The food is no good, the service too slow and the atmosphere is not that good, the windows need to be cleaned, because you can’t even look outside.

Food was great. We had beef stew, roast beef sandwich, green chili burrito, and several other dishes. Their fry bread was very nice, and the onion rings……

The servers on 2 different days were so friendly that the overall experience was perfect. The navajo taco is huge, enough for 2 people or 1 huge appetite. The fry bread seems low sodium which some might not like but I loved it.
