I went through the drive thru last night 2/4/23 and ordered a Whopper Jr. When I got home imagine my disappointment to find that I had a kids burger with the Whopper fixings. I attempted called the night manager but the line stayed busy. When I called during the day before I could complete my reason for calling the manager hung up on me. I called right back and was immediately put on hold without even a hello first. That’s the last time I go to that particular Burger King. Very poor customer service. If they were out of the Whopper Jr I would have ordered something else. I don’t appreciate the bait and switch.

This Burger King has really tanked in the last year. Not sure if it was the pandemic, not enough help? We used to visit there consistently, at least every week. Now, haven’t been there in months….for many reasons. The last few times, we had been there, the sandwiches were cold, fries were cold. The Rodeo King Jr. sandwich was sad and pathetic. The chicken sandwiches were terrible. Chicken nuggets were so dry you could barely swallow them. It just got gross. Won’t go there again, until I hear of major improvement.

They are really so bad at this location. They don’t update the app, they say they close at 10 and I pull up at 9:45 and they are closed. I ordered a large coffee on the app and they give me a medium which is the size of the small and say they don’t serve large coffees. I payed for the large on the app and they don’t even serve it. Ridiculous I don’t want to ever go back to this location.
