Literally everything in the store in broken: A/C, card machines, no pizza is ready, three employees but they are just socializing and letting the phone rings and letting customers wait for more than 10 minutes before even coming up front. I was told 10 minutes for my order, I set a timer for my daughters, 5 minutes after the timer went off, I asked and they *never even put the order in* even though all three employees were aware of the order. One guy even took a phone call from his grandmother when orders were supposed to be made. I stuck it out and got my pizzas. Both of them were severely undercooked. You can see in both photos that the crust is not fully baked. It truly seems like an employee problem.

Unfortunately I feel that every time I come here I am told a time that is different when I walk through the door. I understand people get behind however when you’re told a half hour and get there a half hour later and are told half of your order hasn’t even been in the oven yet its a little upsetting. I am not always pleased with the service or efficiency with this place.

Ordered a pretzel pizza, drove all the way into Wooster from orrville to get it. The employee refused to take a $50 bill to pay for it. It was all I had on me. I’m not going to run all over town and break a 50 and drive back to you. Went to el campasino where the service was great.

This place has gone downhill fast.. I went tonight to get pizza and the woman who “helped” me couldn’t even be bothered to open the door to the warmer all the way.. She turned my pizza to a 45 degree angle when she pulled it out. 1/5 is probably a bit high to give them. The ONLY thing going is it’s super cheap pizza there. Sadly it used to be a pretty good place to get cheap pizza.. It’s almost all the LC employees from K-Mart decided to work at this one.

I’ve been going to this location for years. I’ve always been able to order a garlic butter( white-out) pizza. I ordered over the phone. I get there an hour later and only 2 of my pizzas are there. I ask about 3rd. Was told they don’t do the pizza I asked for. Told her I’ve always ordered one. She tells me that they’ve never made them. Um. Ok. That’s not true. Says they don’t have stuff to make it. Explain to me how you make the garlic bread then? Same concept. I’ve got these pizzas at 2 other locations before too. On another note, crazy bread had barely any butter and no sprinkled cheese. Not so crazy. And do they no longer cut the pizza????

Every time we try and stop for Hot N Ready pizza, they never have it. Always tell us it will be 20 to 30 minutes. Made the mistake one night and waited almost 45 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. Little Ceasars is supposed to be convenient. I’ll never go back.

Ridiculous.. used to go here very often. Nobody answers the phone, makes you download an app that doesn’t even let you order. I’m not driving to the other end of town to make a huge order and wait in my car. Now they’re only open until 4pm on Saturdays, what the hell is that. Definitely lost our business. Garbage pizza and garbage service… haven’t gotten it in years thought try again wow I was wrong. Ordered online and still waited over 30 minutes past time total of 68 mins for pizza( hot n ready) B**** please… waited in line 20mins to ask about my order, thin older blonde at register didn’t even care to hear me out completely before telling me to move to the side so people can order…. Excuse me I’m next customer what?! What if my pizza was behind you, you didn’t know! Make me wait more time while others order when I at least took time order online…. That was worst part experience the woman who needs more training and can’t handle crowd control… yikes little careless pizza
