The supervisor Amy Baker. Got my order completely wrong. Didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. And when asked to CORRECT the order. She said they would. Made me wait 30 minutes only to come back out tell me that they aren’t gonna make them. Sorry. I’ve never experienced the restaurant make a mistake like that and not fix it. Lady really should be fired.

Not a fan of their burgers but they have some of the best shakes! I took my 2 girls on a little lunch date and we had the best service. Got free kiddie kones, let my kids pick their toys, and treated us as if we were more in a restaurant vs fast food joint. It was a wonderful lunch experience.

I will never visit this restaurant again. First of all this place is a dump. The floors were sticky the restroom was filthy and smelled. The service is awefull. When we pulled up there were 5 cars in the drive thru. 35 minutes later we had not moved a single inch. We went into the store to order and the store had 2 groups of people. It was not busy. I don’t know why they are so slow. But it is this way every visit.

The service was like the food was,”Good”. Nothing over the top great, but for fast food, it’s what I’ve come to expect. The Heath Shake I ordered was amazing! I highly recommend everyone try them at least once. You won’t regret it.

I haven’t been here in about 2 years because I had a bad experience last time. I took a chance and had a great experience yesterday. Since I’ve been here last it has been repaired & repainted. The eating area was super clean and in good repair. I was catching up with a friend and spent over an hour there. I observed the drive through constantly busy but moving quickly. My food was exactly as ordered (I love that Arctic Circle doesn’t charge me anything for the additional items I add to my shake:). I got my food quickly and was asked a few times afterward if all was good and if I needed anything else. The crew was so friendly and hard working that I asked their names so I could include a shout out in my review. Thanks: Cam, Sean, Wes & Moe! What a great crew and experience here! Keep it up Arctic Circle – I’ll be back.

Overall not the best I probably would have scored lower but I’m in the fast food business so I understand staffing issues a s controlling labor so I’m being kind but it was the longest wait of my life lol and the girl was super nervous and shy and maybe wasn’t meant to be in drive thru… and the food wasn’t all that that’s for sure! But I know they were trying… I think!

I really wish they would use glove when making shakes and bagging up my food. They also could improve on making the orders more correctly. Even with these things I tend to keep going back, out of convenience of its location.
