I ordered the big box pizza and a medium 3 topping pizza on the side. I recieved the big box but no pizza on the side. I was definitely charged for it. I tried calling pizza hut 4 times to let them know I was missing my pizza and No one answered. Pizza hut needs to do better with there customer service / support.

We never received our food. pizza hut will only give us a credit. They blamed door dash. Door dash takes responsibility but can’t give us a refund because the order was done on the pizza hut website. I will never use pizza hut again. We just want our money back.

Ordered pizza and wings last night. Pizza was terrible and cold. Wings were room temp. Told driver pizza is cold, he said he knew and they are short staffed and we were his fourth delivery. Third time we ordered from this location. First time we called x and complained about messed up pizza order. Got a credit and they brought the right food. Second time was good. Last night was a permanent blacklist restaurant. Two thumbs down.

Placed an order online with a quote time of 60 minutes which seemed strange whereas all other nearby locations were 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I get a phone call from the location saying that they have canceled my order and all other orders because they have no one there to make them, I understand being short-staffed but 30 minutes to let me know is ridiculous plus I paid online with a credit card which asked about a refund and she said it should take place immediately I have absolutely no guarantee now that I will get a refund very upsetting and from what I’ve read this location is normal for this. Ended up placing an order with the Eastgate location which they had ready in 15 minutes pizza was delicious service was great!

The pizza was made exactly to our specs. The toppings were fresh and it was still hot. The driver was very nice and well groomed and dressed. The only complaint is that it took almost an hour to get here from the time we ordered.
