Had a decent breakfast here – just the basic eggs and bacon. The quality of their black tea is poor. You can hardly get one cup out of a teabag (and I like my tea pretty weak). And they charge $3.79 for it, which is was overpriced for the quality. After one cup I finally just used a teabag of my own.

We are visiting from Toronto and stumbled upon this diner for breakfast. Food was very good but the service was outstanding! Our group has some food restrictions and our waiter, Mikie went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen staff were made aware. Would definitely go back.

This morning I had Pumpkin coffee. I don’t drink coffee, but it was good. To eat I tried the Swiss and ham on a croissant. It came with egg in it. It was delicious. She had a mixed bacon omelette, with potatoes and a croissant. Water was also given to us. The silverware needed some wiping. Place was moderately occupied. Overall, our experience was once again a good one.

I haven’t been to Carleen’s since prior to covid. This place is a hidden gem. Still excellent service, fresh food, friendly staff who welcomes you with a smile. I’m looking forward to bringing my family here. My husband and I recently went alone but definitely coming again very soon. Keep up the excellent work Carleen’s best in my hometown ❤️

Stopped into this diner to grab breakfast before a wedding and was surprised at how tasty the food was. Quaint spot with a local “we’ve been here forever” kind of vibe and only open for breakfast and lunch. If you need a bite in the morning, this is a solid choice. Side note for my coffee lovers, they’ve got a Nitro Cold Brew on tap from Boston’s Best Coffee.
