Horrible experience. There isn’t ANY customer service, whatsoever. You really can’t expect much though. They’re overworked and underpaid. With that being said, Subway is in the Sandwich/Food Service industry. As such, there’s a minimum level of expectations when it comes to a Philly Cheesesteak. 1st of all, does it need to be said that needs to be warm and possibly have Mayo on the bread, grilled onions and bell peppers, melted cheese? As described on the menu? For a $17 dollar meal and 20 minute wait, Subway should do better. I must add, calling back to ask about why the meat was cold was a challenge… whoever answered must need some training as if there’s more than one way to make a Philly cheesesteak? I was then asked to bring the sandwich back to get a refund. Wasting more of time on a hungry man’s belly. It was even more ridiculous to be asked if I wanted to refund a whole meal or just a sandwich, as if I would keep the drink and the chips on their own. They will probably have another brand new menu if I ever come back. WB next door had my food nice and warm in 10 minutes. Save your time and money. For future reference, there’s a picture of a PERFECT Philly Cheesesteak. Cooked not just heated

Worst store I’ve ever been in. Counting me 4 people walked out because of employee attitude towards customers. Employee cussing like a sailer just because we were all frustrated due to our food not being ready 10-20 past pickup times…she hadn’t even started on the online orders that were stacked over 20 deep and counting. Instead she was socializing in the back with someone else. Poorly ran place, manager needs to be reprimanded if they can’t correct employees attitude or find someone that’ll actually work and treat customers with respect. Will never be back to this location, no wonder it keeps getting poor reviews

I understand needing to take care of online orders, but if it was placed and received at the same time as a person in the store, you need to help the person in store. at least start on the in store person order instead of making them wait the entire time you make the online order

Got a meatball marinara and had it grilled but the sandwich was cold as heck. When I went to try and get my money back they refused to refund me for a sandwich that was very poorly made . To make matters worse, they wouldn’t give me a refund and told me I’d have to bring the sandwich back. Customer service is horrible there and I will never return.

Got in the store at 8:36 there were 2 employees guy told us it was his first day so we were patient of course. The female working there didn’t help him figure out sandwiches what went on them etc. We were having to tell him what to put on them. He toasted one sandwich and left it sitting while he made the other. He ended up putting red wine vinegar on the wrong sandwich. So he had to completely remake it. Toasted sandwich was still just hanging out getting cold. Girl finally came out from the back to restock the cooler. Sees him struggling and doesn’t offer him help. Another customer walks in and she asks how she can help him. Not impressed. Sandwich is cold. Minimum ingredients put on the sandwich and took us 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. ALSO he used the avacado scoop to spread the avacado out AFTER he put it on top of the cheese instead of on the bread. And he didn’t heat up chicken for the Mexicali before putting it on there. Won’t go back to this location.

They never answer the phone when you need assistance, and every time I order somethings either wrong with the order all together or it’s slathered in sauce so much it’s uneatable, would rate 0 if it was possible based on service alone considering I keep getting hung up on.

Bad service, the women did not listen to a single thing we said. My husband did not want his sandwich toasted and stated that when asked, the woman toasted it anyway. My bread is burnt, the lettuce and tomatoes are old. I will not be coming back to this subway. I was not asked what I wanted with my meal, and before I could say what I wanted the lady has already walked away.

The workers were extremely rude and got very hostile when I told the first lady my sandwich was wrong (I ordered a #8 and she kept trying to make a #7) and when I asked for extra toppings the second lady just ignored me and then the third lady threw it at me after I paid. When I requested they remake my sandwich and to please add the extra toppings they started yelling saying it cost extra and we kept saying we will pay for it (this went back and forth a minute..) I’ve never had a great experience here, but I always re-try every few months, but with this last incident I don’t think I’ll return.
