I hadn’t been to burger King in a long time. I couldn’t figure out what I wanted but the order taker was very patient and sweet. She helped me find what I wanted and offered me specials. When I got to the window she was just as polite. I didn’t catch her name but she has lip piercings. I will Definitely be coming back again. Great food and great service.

Really sketchy. Dirty, too. Hit or miss, sometimes you get the food you order, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes the workers hide from you and pretend they aren’t there, and sometimes they greet you with an awful attitude. Usually in the mornings there are some nice folks serving though. Steer clear if you have an option.

Wow has BK gone down hill. I recently went there for breakfast and got ripped off. My food was obviously reheated in a microwave. Oh and here is the kicker, I ordered a apple juice menu says minute maid but got a caprisun apple juice for 1.99. I could have bought a whole box for that price. Smh. Never again in this town.

I had 4 months i didn’t stop at this BK…i ordered 2 whoppers Jr with 2 medium fries and 8 PCs chicken nuggets, i paid 9 bucks for this. But what a surprise!! The burgers where the size of sliders ,the meat was dry and not with that charcoal flavor that i love it,the bread was super dry too and crumbling, French fries ok , and they forgot my chicken nuggets of course, and when I drove around to get them surprise too, they were the size of a quarter coin ,i understand the prices are risen and the inflation, but comon’nnn men . Is this a joke?at least give me quality .No more burger king (i should post pictures,but i was upset)

Service was better than usual by staff. Polite yet missed part of my order. Taste of my original chicken sandwich was very good. Husband got the fish sandwich which then made him sick. Fries were flavorless. This is the one located in Freeport, IL. Certain staff there needs to learn better customer service skills. Otherwise I tend to have decent interaction with staff. Food is usually not the best quality so tend not to dine there often. Went today for special on fish sandwiches…bad idea!

I have been disappointed one too many times by Burger King in general. The workers are underpaid and don’t seem to care or want their jobs. There is alot of room for improvement here. From sloppy sandwiches to rude staff members. This is the only Burger King We have here in Freeport. After My last trip here I feel like I don’t want to do business there anymore or at least for a while til they straighten out their ship. I expect professionalism even if it’s just fast food. The job is a job and a very important one to serve fresh hot food to their patrons. The customers are paying the money to keep them open so I think We deserve the best that our money has to offer especially since the pandemic. People need their comfort food and I say give it to them the best way you can. Respectful and neat. Not Sloppy and rude. Oh and work hard to get the orders right so people don’t have to complain and contact corporate. Plenty of people want and need jobs. Do the job right or go home.

I ordered a Whopper and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich was good, the service was good, but the Dr. Pepper was slimmy. This made me very sick. If the fountain pop/soda machines are not cleaned out regularly they can contain, mold, bacteria, and ecoli, which is why it tasted slimmy and made me sick. I definitely will not be back, but thought my experience can help better maintenance of the fountain pop/soda machines so others don’t get sick.

20 minutes in the drive thru with only five cars ahead of me. Got home and the order wasn’t mine. Only redeeming factor was instead of my two shoppers and two fries I got two double Whoppers with bacon and one fry. Still not my order though.
