I don’t normally do this, but I feel it is warranted. This review is regarding the employees not the food quality. I have a good and a bad, thus the reason for a 3 star. And the good was good enough to bump it over to a 3. The bad first…there is a skinny blond haired girl with glasses, who I believe acts as a manager. I observed her for quite a while because they were EXTREMELY busy. Her only communication was via yelling to other employees including vulgar language within earshot of everyone. This was uncalled for, not to mention extremely unprofessional!! The employees seemed unfazed, so it is obvious it’s her typical demeanor. As someone who has over 30 years customer service experience myself, it is shocking!! Not impressive! Pizza place or not, come on! Set an example! Speaking of example, that takes me to the good. The young short dark haired girl that ran the front counter was PHENOMENAL! She told one of her teachers that came in, she was ONLY 15 I believe! She was completely composed for how busy they were and still extremely friendly. She very much had supervisory qualities also, despite her young age! You have a GEM in that girl! Perhaps the “manager” would learn a thing or two? Perhaps she could do some shadowing? I wish I had names but hopefully my descriptions gave enough. Both deserve a discussion, one good and one so so BAD!

It is Little Caesars as you expect… prompt service, pleasant people. The pretzel crust was a bit of a disappointment, we have regular in the past and liked it better. There just wasn’t much “pretzely” about it. We’ll go back to the regular.

I ordered 4 pizzas for 6pm pick up. I waited in line for 18 minutes. They were waiting on walk-ins first. I finally got to the window. The girl waited on 3 people, I had to knock on window. She still ignored me, waited on 1 more. Then me… Not sure if I’ll ever go there again.

Went through the drive through and they were very very busy. They were parking every single car while they were waiting on pizzas (which makes sense). They were as quick as possible and I felt bad going when they were so busy but again fast service for what they had to deal with. Pizza is always kinda average when compared to other pizza shops.

Franklin Little Ceasers has always made the best Hot and Readys!! I got one last nite 8/3, 5:30, and it was awesome!! I’m eating leftovers the next day while writing this and it’s just as good!!! The guy who was working the window was quick and friendly. You guys are Awesome!!! Thank you
