We didn’t even stay to try the food. We were visiting this area and have never been to a Firehouse Sub restaurant so thought we would try this one. We walked in and there were four people working behind the counter. Every one of them looked at us but not one of them said hi or welcome. We looked at the menu and still not one word spoken to us. Talk about not feeling welcome!!! We left and went somewhere else to eat. We might try another Firehouse Sub restaurant. Hopefully there is one with friendlier employees. We will not recommend this one to anyone!

The food at any subs is amazing. I love the steak and cheese. The service was not great, the young person who took our order asked bare minimum questions, never smiled, never said anything that wasn’t necessary. When we asked if we could get our order to go, from the vibe we got it was a big inconvenience. The people preparing our sandwiches were not in any hurry to assist. I was in there at lunch so it was full of people waiting on food. The staff at lunch time on a Friday could have been much better.

No one in the establishment had on a hairnet or wore gloves. The young boy was messing with his ear pods and fixing sandwiches. The other young boy was sniffling the entire time he was making sandwiches. I was soooo messed up that I left before placing my order.

We went in to order dinner and tried to pay with a $100 bill. They refused and said they would not take a $100 bill. We left the restaurant without eating as we were at a restaurant in the US but could not use US currency. This was our second stop for dinner and neither would accept a $100 bill.

They don’t know how to read. I continue to say NO PICKLE and still they put it on top of my sandwich. Pickles are disgusting. Occasionally there might be one single person who can read.

UPDATE: I have now gone back several times without issue. Hopefully no more drink machine issues. Subs and drinks were good every time. Adding a star to reflect this.

1st experience here I just like totally just walked out the door was not happy with order. ticket number 20028 young lady with color in her hair took my order had gloves on strike 1 she fix my food with the same gloves she use the register with. 2 she fix my food I ask if chicken can be warmed not cold she had already place the chicken in my salad. For good customer service I assume she would say ok great let me warm the chicken up after I explain I do not like cold chicken on my salad. She still fixes the salad while her coworker is explaining to me that the chicken comes that way after I am explaining I do not like cold chicken. I’m like at this point discussed will not return back here because of the customer service. I am not the type of woman that complains out loud or cause problems I really just wanted hot chicken on my salad I so wanted a refund I’m like my coworker may eat it. Get in my car no one wants a cold chicken salad my money and experience was not cool. I’m at work at my desk to try and eat it no onions after I ask for onions I gave up salad in trash I would love a refund and a manager to contact me thanks.
