Love your store. Just wondering if we are supposed to get free fountain drinks? One gal with short hair and face jewelry keeps insisting its free but I wasn’t sure so I’d rather pay. Then I get some goofy comments for paying? If its a courtesy thats cool? Their was a similar looking gal that worked at Pump in Chapman. She would holler at you across the store. Wouldn’t l let you shop. Tried to force you to buy lottery tickets and other things you didn’t want. Major histrionic. She had to have the 1st word, the last word & obsessed with forcing your will. All I wanted was a drink or snack sheesh.

I stop at this store EVERY day on my way to work, and sometimes when I’m driving home. The afternoon staff is amazing and very helpful/friendly. When I stop at night however, ilthere is usually a girl named Julie working. She is so rude that I have literally reversed out of the parking lot without going into the store after I realized that she was working. I’ve NEVER met a gas station attendant that ignores me when I ask questions and refuses interact with me at all. I actually thought sheight be deaf at first. Nope. Julie is just VERY unfriendly and BAD at her job.

Went into the store for a pit stop. We were not greeted when we walked in. In fact not one of the three employees even acknowledged that we were there. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I wondered around the store for a few minutes to try and find a road snack, and finally landed on a dark chocolate twix. As we were checking out, it felt almost as if it were a chore to take care of us. We went out to the car and I had realized I forgot something. So i went back in. The cashier saw me walk on, and literally walked away! And the cherry on top of this less than stellar experience is, ten miles down the road, I went to eat my road snack. Only to discover it had expired in MAY. Not a great first impression. I will not be spending anymore of my money in a Casey’s.
