This location deserves a ZERO. We order lunch and the order was incorrect. The sandwiches was dry as HELL. When trying to get the issue resolved with the so call manager, he was belligerent, disrespectful, and unconcerned. When asking for the District Manager phone number he stated “Google IT”. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS ONE EVER AGAIN. Whoever is the franchise owner should be ashamed for having someone represent them with this type of attitude.

Freaky slow. Freaky rude. Still not here after :45 and we live 5 minutes away. When I called, they didn’t know when the order left with their one delivery driver. Hung up on me. Just restrict orders to pickup only if you can’t deliver quickly or have limited staff. Not sure what to expect from a delivery sandwich brand but should be better than this. Sad!

Highly unprofessional management staff. Store 150 in Dunwoody off of Chamblee Dunwwody Rd. Some coupons were given out at my job for free sandwiches(check pictures below). The coupon specifies that it is valid at ANY Metro Atlanta location. The manager refused to honor said coupon saying it is only valid at the store I got the coupon from. The coupon was brought to my job and handed out by Jimmy John’s employees. I will not be returning to this store and will advise my coworkers to not go there as well. The time is 3pm EST. And today’s date is 12/22/2020. Just in case you need to know who was working that. Time. Manager had a nasty and very dismissive attitude. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

I like Jimmy John but this store is terrible because of there horrible customer service. I order from this location all the time for delivery. I called today and the person taking my order name is Jimmy, he took my number and my info is already in system so i tell him my order pay with card and hang up as usual. Jimmy calls me back with an attitude and says his manager said i’m out the district, we just order to same location yesterday and the day before. Then said he would refund my money it takes 2-3 business day. When asked to speak to manager Jimmy replied she is busy and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service and my family and i will never eat at this franchise again.

First the store is full of people with a rude guy making the sandwiches. I ordered Italian night club … provolone cheese LIGHTLY TOASTED with light lettuce, pickles, mayo , oil and vinegar with some bbq kettle cooked chips They don’t offer toast which is fine but its was the sandwich that’s upsetting. Had onions and tomatoes on the sandwich 2 things my daughter hates Everything I asked not to be on the sandwich was on the sandwich. There was a miscommunication at counter the iNdian guy automatically called me rude when I clearly ordered the same sandwich as the previous guest. What a waste for of money. Had to trash the whole sandwich. My first and last time at this location
