This is a nice family owned restaurant. The food was good, served hot, and the restaurant was clean. Next time your headed out near Grandview give it a try.i had the Crispy Chicken salad. The chicken bits were yummy, the spring garden mix lettuce was fresh as well as the other veggies on my salad. My husband has the Western Burger and said it was good.

Stopped here on our way through town and we were pleasantly surprised. This place isn’t fancy by any means but it was great! Good food, great service and we felt like a local.

If you are in Grandview or close by you have to stop and get some food! All of their food is amazing. The chicken fried steak for breakfast is a favorite along with the turnovers. Their lunch and dinner meal are also amazing! Made fresh and from scratch you can’t get much better. They also have a great salad bar for lunch and dinner!

Decent food and ok service, although the menu description of what we ordered was not what we got but paid full price. Dinners say they come with a trip to the salad bar after 5pm I believe, but from where we were sitting the salad bar appeared empty and the waitress /server did not mention or direct us to it at all or mention that it wasn’t currently open. With that said, Perhaps they should have just brought a salad or discounted the meal or at least made mention of it. Pricey for an inaccurate menu and having to pay for stuff you don’t get. On the positive side, my fellow diner got double potatoes and steak because the cook said what they had was too small. Very salty but still good, were not offered drink refills, had to go up to counter for the check, and just could have had a way better experience honestly.

Grand View Idaho is an out-of- the- way location; however, should you ever find yourself in this part of the state, it would be well worth your while to enjoy a meal here. The food is substantial & delicious, the staff warm and friendly. 5 stars!

If you have a hankering to go to Idaho’s largest and least populated county and get good food while you’re at it, then take a drive out to Grandview and eat at the charming Snake River Diner in an old renovated saloon just across the street from the beautiful Snake River. Grass fed beef, huge portions and finish up with a tasty soft ice cream cone. Worth the drive. Nightly specials and salad bar too.

Excellent food quality, way better than you would assume for a small town. Almost everything is homemade and locally sourced. If you find yourself in Grandview, this is the place to eat.
