Quality and customer service are exceptional. Always greeted within two minutes of entering the restaurant. The coffee is well blended and fresh. “You can smell the aroma outside!” The drinks taste amazing whether your getting a specialty or just a house blend. The seating is comfortable and makes out feel at home. I have had many meetings here and not ordered anything, but just to come and enjoy the environment. A+

Stopped at Big Ben for the first time today. The barista was amazing. She could see I didn’t know what to get so she gave me some suggestions. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! I got the Cabin Fever and it was so good! I love the atmosphere too. Big Ben is a great place to meet up with friends for coffee. I look forward to my next visit.

The shop is a godsend. Was traveling to Kokomo from Purdue to visit my orthodontist, but I also work remotely and had a meeting that I couldn’t attend before I arrive home. I was able to walk in with my laptop, get a peppermint mocha coffee, a cinnamon roll and get straight to work. The ambiance of the coffee shop is very relaxing, quiet, and the essence of home comfort.

One of if not the best coffee shops in Kokomo. The staff is very friendly, and there are so many drinks to try. One of my personal favorites is the 1/2 and 1/2 special. Make sure to try it with Highlander Grogg! If you want something cold, try a Dirty Hot Chocolate Blended!

Never again. Barista’s are usually rude and short with you. Don’t you dare ask any questions! Food has been cooked at 4AM, then left out all day. Pretty sure the milk was frothed to hot and long. I am a huge fan and can handle a hot cup. I’ve been a barista before and have my own espresso machine at home. Even after letting it cool, the consistency was wrong and gross. Tried to talk to the manager, who I later learned is the owner, and she was worse than the Batista. I now feel bad for the girl who served me..
