The food at this restaurant was good, and the service was fast. The restaurant definitely needed a thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms. The location is a little cumbersome because it’s tucked back in the corner of a parking lot. I’d give them another try if I’m back in the area.

We stopped at 10:30 on a Saturday night. The employees were polite, especially the person preparing our food, and didn’t seem bothered at all that we came in near closing time. Every protein, veggie, & side was on hand. The store was clean, including the bathroom. Our food was hot & fresh. We were impressed with this location!

Drove out of my way because store was open till 11pm. Walked in the store at 10:45 pm. Every container except about 5 meats were empty. Was told coldly this was all they had. No effort at all to try to serve anything. If your going to advertise being open till a certain time you should be able to serve your menu. Extremely disappointed.

Favorite location. They’ve have been trained in allergen procedures. They keep it clean, lines are never horrendous, they always have salad lettuce mix, they actually make the damned iced tea (unlike the slackers at several other locations), and everyone seems to largely care about doing a good job.

They put for double rise only one spoon of rise and when I asked about that they answer so so rude to me “Yup that all” and put double spoons for guy after me ! I happen to be in the area and really had a taste for Chipotle which never happens. Online the hours says 10:45 am. I arrive at 10:55 am and there’s already 3 people waiting outside because the door is locked!!! The lady behind the counter comes to the door and says they won’t be available to start until 11:30. What?!? I’ve literally never heard a business say that. Maybe running a few minutes behind schedule. But not opening until 45 minutes after start time is beyond ridiculous. I’m looking at the other reviews for this location and this has happened several times. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired or needs to be wrote up because they are obviously not keeping this restaurant running how it should be. We all got into our individual cars and left. Regional Manager needs to come pay this location a visit and see the doors locked until 11:30 am
