This place is above and beyond excellence the staff is so amazing and especially the young lady I spoke with went out of her way to make me feel truly like family she came around the cash register to speak with me so she wouldn’t have to holler at me to explain the menu I’m in a wheelchair and I can only go so far so she came to me and spoke in a kind loving gentle voice I truly love her customer service and the managers were so nice they sweet as an angel so I can’t say this enough go to Chester’s chicken and enjoy a wonderful tasty meal with a warm welcome I was a OTR trucker for 15 years and I’ve been to a lot of places but this loves truck stop is the best in the world you get great service with a wonderful smile thanks being beautiful inside and out

Let’s not get crazy. It’s truck stop food, but it was decent and hit the spot. Thighs were kinda small, only 2 or 3 bites of chicken. Justin was great. We requested fresh wedges and he had no problem, and was very honest and said it would take 15 minutes. I didn’t understand why it would take so long, but appreciated the honesty.

Was disappointed today with my experience. Usually I like to stop by and get lunch. Got an order large okra but it was 1/3 of what is usually given. Asked the cashier if it was a large and she said yes and asked if I wanted the receipt. No didn’t need the receipt but that little bit given was not worth $6. This is the first time that this happened and I’ve never seen her work here before. The disappointment left a bitter taste and didn’t enjoy it as I usually do.
