I Am Sharon
I was in Baltimore for a concert at the CFG Bank Arena. Since Baltimore is an hour from me, I decided to eat dinner in the city. I decided on Miss Carters Place after doing a little online research and seeing its close (less than 1 mile) radius to the arena.

We really loveee Miss Carters Place! We first tried Miss Carters Place at the Baltimore Banner, she catered an event. Her food was delicious, so we knew we had to go to support this Black Female Owned Business. Not disappointed at all!!! Didn’t feel like cooking Easter Dinner and this was just what the family needed.

Visited on NYE. The food was amazing and they offered unbeatable drink specials!! The food was so good we ordered food to take home. I ordered turkey wings with Mac n cheese and candied yams. The candied yams are to die for. I left so full that I could barely walk to the car. I of course grabbed the strawberry crunch cake as part of my to go order ❤️

Very laid back, calm, great music but not so loud that I couldn’t hear myself think. The service was great. Very kind. THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAAAAAAL! Cooked like in one of our kitchens. Not too salty or over seasoned, not that fake Cajun mess, not watered down. I got the honey lemon pepper catfish, yams, mac n cheese, collard greens, and a glass of wine. $40. Portions were great. 3 meaty pieces of fish. You can tell everything was extremely fresh. Wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

We drove down from Laurel to try this place, because let’s face it,.B more food is better than the food in our area. It was a cute lil spot, and the food/service was very good! I usually have to season my food and I didn’t need it at all! I wish the side portions were a little bigger, but that’s because it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!
